A no more than 500-word reading report

I need support with this Literature question so I can learn better.

This is a no more than 500 words reading report, it contains several questions that can be answered via bullet points and a no more than 200 words paragraph. It requires to read a 3-page reading and a short time ted talk. It definitely no need to write too much but it has to finish on time. Also there is no reference needs.
