K-12 Option: There are many organizations that have implemented some form of a weighted student formula (Hawaii, San Francisco Unified, Los Angeles, Baltimore, New York, etc.). Select one, and research their methodology via their website (or other resources available on the internet). In a 3- to 5-page paper, describe the organization’s methodology, and analyze the pros and cons of their approach.
