AbstractThe HR Management simulation was used to simulate what it would be like to run a Human Resource department. By making changes to staffing, productivity, wages, benefits, training, and programs we were able to see their effect on things like labor cost, quality index, turnover, morale, accident rate, grievances, productivity and absenteeism. We had $1.4 million in annual budget funds to spend and we had 8 quarters to make our adjustments. It was considered a medium size firm with 600 employees[HRM]. As the Human Resource Director it was job to get this department organized and strengthen HR function[HRM]
