This lab investigates the Transport Layer Security (TLS) or old version of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, focusing on the packets sent over a TCP connection. We’ll do so by analyzing the exchange between your host and an e-commerce server. We’ll investigate the various pockets types as well as the fields in the TLS/SSL messages.
